meeting due to poor attendance and lack of a quorum.

A small group stayed long enough to casually bring up the lack of downtown parking issue,
which was on the agenda. One person was concerned that if there are advocates for the 2 Hour
Parking limit to be enforced in the business district, the parking problem would only migrate into
